Excellent Service, Highly Recommended. Fantastic experience with Smart Service Ltd. They replaced the screen on my daughter’s iPhone 15 Pro Max in around an hour, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The service was fast, professional and efficient, and the quality of the repair was excellent. Their experience really shows in both their workmanship and customer service. Having damaged the screen on my MacBook and speaking to Apple directly (who would have charged me the cost of replacing the entire top half of the laptop), I instead opted to replace the screen through Smart Service. Despite me coming in on a Bank Holiday Monday, the new screen was sourced and replaced at full functionality within a matter of days. The 90-day warranty adds a layer of reassurance, though I am sure it won't be needed. Absolutely outstanding service from Smart Services! My daughter’s iPhone 13 stopped working after she dropped it. Apple told us it could not be repaired and that we would need to buy a new phone. Unfortunately, she had not backed up her holiday photos and other data, so we were worried everything would be lost. We took the phone to Ice at Smart Services, and within days, he had it working again with all her data intact. We were genuinely thrilled, and seeing my daughter jump for joy was priceless! Ice is personable, professional,  highly skilled, reliable and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Smart Services for mobile phone or laptop repairs. Thank you so much!
