Thank goodness for this place! Smashed a mac screen unexpectedly and Apple drove me absolutely nuts, being completely useless at connecting me with someone who could help or getting me a quote. Called up this place and was immediately greeted so cheerfully and reassuringly, they answered all my questions with kindness and patience. They were genuinely so kind, even though I called other places to compare quotes, I knew this sounded like the safest bet. In the end, they also offered the best price!
